• Travelers with back problems, pregnant individuals, those with heart problems, or serious medical conditions are not recommended for this tour.
• Participants are advised to have a moderate level of physical fitness.
• The nature walk in El Yunque involves moderate terrain, which may become challenging in rainy conditions. We recommend wearing a bathing suit under comfortable clothing, water-friendly shoes, and bringing a towel.
• Guests can leave their belongings on the tour bus. The tour provider is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the adventure.
• El Yunque National Forest's safety is monitored by the Puerto Rican Government. If conditions are hazardous and parts of El Yunque are closed for safety reasons, additional time will be spent at Luquillo Beach and Los Kioskos.
• The experience is weather-dependent, and in case of poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• A minimum number of travelers may be required for this tour. If the minimum isn't met and the tour is canceled, you will be given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
